Terms of Service CKGW Enterprises will only perform services on computers / laptops with a Windows Operating system. CKGW Enterprises will only perform services on a computer system once they are satisfied that all customers’ important data has been backed up securely. However they do insist that the back up of data on a customer’s machine is the customer’s responsibility. We require a 50% deposit on Remote Assistance services carried out on a customer’s computer, before services are performed. The final payment must be paid after the services are completed, and both parties are in agreement. The will be a 50% up-front deposit requirement for Website Design services, before any work in carried out. Final payment must be paid in full after the services are complete, and both parties are in agreement. Payment is due on satisfactory completion of work unless otherwise agreed. NO Fix - No Fee Terms If CKGW Enterprises are able to perform a service or complete a repair, but prevented from doing so by the customer themselves, then that customer is charged for time spent up to that point. If CKGW Enterprises are able to perform a service on a machine, but unable to continue because the customer does not have the required legally obtained software or license keys, then the customer is charged for time spent up to that point. If a customer has hired CKGW Enterprises to perform a diagnostic service on a machine, and then decide not to have the detected problems repaired, the customer is charged for the time spent up to that point.
