Remote PC Assistance & Support

If you don't live in Plymouth and need assistance from our engineers, or even if you just need advice, then we can help you.  Even if you live on the other side of the world, we can still help.  All you need is a broadband internet connection, and we can connect to your computer(s) to either fix it, or give you support and help.  The great thing about this service is you have complete control if you want to disconnect us, and we can't connect to your computer without your permission.

Remote Assistance is an internet technology that allows our engineers to see the same screen your seeing.  This is extremely helpful, because you can direct the engineers to the problem and they can see what you are looking at.  To date, we have helped over 120 customers using the remote assistance technology.
